Cancellation policy for long stays

Long stays (28 nights or more): cancel at least 30 days before check-in and you get all your money back. Cancel later than that, or once you have arrived, and the first 30 nights are not refunded; any nights beyond those 30 days are refunded in full. Once the stay has started, you can leave early by giving us 30 days' notice — you pay for those 30 days and nothing after.

What if the stay is under 28 nights?

For stays under 28 nights, the same cancellation terms as the Airbnb listing apply.

Can I book on Airbnb or directly?

Both. This form is the direct quote. Airbnb buttons on each apartment page open the official listing. A quote is the better path for flexible dates, two apartments, or a month-plus stay.

Do you offer monthly or long-stay rates?

A month is 980 € at Fishermen, 1,105 € at Bay and 1,275 € at Ocean View from November to May, and 1,350 €, 1,500 € and 1,750 € in September, October and June. July and August are quote only. Every published figure includes rent, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, check-in cleaning and taxes, with a 28-night minimum.

Is the apartment suitable for remote work?

The apartments are furnished and have Wi-Fi. Bay’s photos show a desk and an office chair. Fishermen’s listing notes include a workspace. A dedicated desk at Ocean View is not published. We do not claim coworking or a connection speed.
