Working remotely from Peniche
All three apartments are furnished and include Wi-Fi. Bay’s photos show a desk and an office chair. Fishermen’s listing notes include a workspace. A dedicated desk at Ocean View is not published, and neither is a connection speed.
There is no coworking claim and no ranking of nomad towns. The beach and the surf are the time off.

How does a monthly rental in Peniche compare with Baleal or Ericeira?
Bay, Fishermen and Ocean View are in Peniche. They are not in Baleal and they are not in Ericeira. Baleal is the next headland, a surf day from town, not the address. Ericeira is another surf town further south; this site does not publish a drive time or other landlords’ rents. Cancellation policy for long stays
Long stays (28 nights or more): cancel at least 30 days before check-in and you get all your money back. Cancel later than that, or once you have arrived, and the first 30 nights are not refunded; any nights beyond those 30 days are refunded in full. Once the stay has started, you can leave early by giving us 30 days' notice — you pay for those 30 days and nothing after.
What if the stay is under 28 nights?
For stays under 28 nights, the same cancellation terms as the Airbnb listing apply.

What is the minimum number of nights?
28 nights for the published monthly price. Shorter stays use the Airbnb listing, and that listing’s cancellation terms apply. This site does not restate percentages for short stays.
